National St John Council
A National St John Council was established to provide overall leadership and support the growth of St John activities in Kenya.

St John Ambulance of Kenya Act
St John Ambulance Kenya was incorporated under the St John Ambulance of Kenya Act, Cap 259, providing a formal legal framework for its mandate.

Emergency response
Responding when needed most
SJAK strengthened its emergency response role, including service following the 1998 Nairobi bombing.

Priory status
Elevation to a Priory
St John Kenya achieved Priory status, strengthening its position within the global Order of St John.
